Past few years, semi active control devices has got some importance because they offer adaptability of active control device without need of power source. Active control device such MRdamper utilizes MR fluid to control dampers.MR dampers are h ighly reliable  as compared with other semi automatic devices.  This paper deals with analysis of MR damper and their MR fluids characteristics at different conditions
