Abstract

In this article, the authors drew attention to such issues as the protection of the population and territories from emergencies, the phased development of the material and technical base, the production of domestic types of fire and rescue equipment and equipment, professional training, including psychological, high-altitude training, development of personnel skills for working with personnel.
