Abstract

The society and the state demands dictate new tasks for educational organizations to train specialists in the field of environmental safety and labor protection. The specialists training requires the participation of the employer in the student education. In addition to the knowledge-based, practice-oriented component, it is necessary to develop above-professional skills and abilities of students, so the industry will receive highly qualified personnel with soft-skills and hard-skills.
