Abstract

The article discusses the problems of ensuring the safety of the country's population during the spread and fight against a new infection (SARS-Cov2).Baseline data for the organization of the primary provision of life in case of emergency. . On the basis of the work and decisions of the Republican Special Commission, to develop a regulatory act regulating the rights and obligations of citizens during similar emergencies and crises.
