Abstract

The article considers the issue and ways to solve the problems of atmospheric and noise pollution of the air basin of large cities by motor transport. It is proposed to install filters-catchers of exhaust gases and rubber dust, powered by solar batteries and wind power plants at major street intersections, and to attract money from the population by reimbursing the difference in the price of a car and an electric car to citizens when purchasing an electric car.
