Abstract

The text of the article provides scientifically based views on ensuring the effective elimination of various emergency situations, increasing the independence of the population and territories. If serious deficiencies are identified in the course of fire protection training, conclusions are drawn on the processes that can be used to verify that a series of refresher classes on the subject of deficiencies identified on the site by the decision of the relevant managers is effective and reliable in the planned training. The results of the analysis of tests in which the use of seismic devices with high Flammability allows to reduce the time spent fire fighting, as well as to reduce the time required for liquidation of consequences of earthquakes by reducing the time of fire have been scientifically proven based on experiments.
