Abstract

The article describes what international assessment programs are, what is the significance of the program for Uzbekistan, the goals and objectives of it, how to improve the quality of education, the need to involve in the sphere of advanced experience aimed at improving the quality of education through the assessment and monitoring of the development of education and science areas, as in most foreign countries, the skills and competencies must be formed in themselves.
