Abstract

Like other books, in the books of fikh theory the book is devided into chapters and seasons and they are categorised under different kind of titles. The word "book" has other meanings and there it means the work's main theme and chapter. Chapter means one work's unit. Season includes the problems of one chapter and it also involves the related issues. "Fatavoi Sirojiya" consists of one volume. As other classic fikh books, it contains 57 books, book means chapter there, 408 chapters and 37 seasons which are in the chapters above. The work begins with prologue and it includes all parts from ablution to "farz" deeds. The books and chapters of the work have its independent name and the chapters also have seasons.Some books have no chapters and some books have season instead of chapters.
