Abstract

In the article, introduction, tasks and value of acmeological approach and its organizational structures, an entity of acmeological  approach and its organization structure, enhancement of training of students for professional activity on bases of acmeological approach, development of the personality in education, development of training activity and education in medium-special professional colleges are explained.
