Abstract

The programme of complex treatment of patients with acute progressive inflammatory diseases of maxillofacial region in patients with hepatitis B consisted of one-stage, purposeful and pathogenetically grounded actions, directed to the correction of hemodynamic and metabolic disturbances, suppression of infectious agent, fight with intoxication, increase of nonspecific resistance and immunological reactivity of organism on a background of active surgical sanation of primary purulent focus
