Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of municipal solid waste in the metallurgical industry from the point of view of the impact of this industry on the environment. The source of solid waste from the metallurgical industry and an analysis of their storage and processing are presented. The main structural materials and technologies of the road-building industry have been studied.
Samples of high-performance road-building materials were taken from the solid waste generated and compared with the samples of currently used road-building materials. At present, the data of studies carried out by JSC "Uzmetkombinat" on the production of modified asphalt concrete mixture based on municipal solid waste are presented.
