Abstract

This article presents a wide range of theoretical and practical studies of the state of stress deformation of critical elements (columns and crossbars), taking into account the changes in the design scheme in the process of gradual reconstruction of multi-storey buildings. The methods used in the calculation of multi-storey buildings are analyzed. There are useful recommendations and considerations in choosing a constructive system of multi-storey buildings with reconstruction in seismic areas, as well as the advantages and convenience of using reinforced concrete walls (diaphragms) in the system of earthquake-resistant buildings
