Abstract

Today in the day in our country higher education reforms state policy level rose . In accordance with this policy, increase the number of students and increase the number of higher education institutions, improve the quality of education, effectively apply quality management methods in education based on the world standards of effective management of higher education institutions in our country; improving the quality of the education system based on the use of innovations in the conditions of modern globalization.
