Abstract

he Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law On Education and the National Program for Personnel Training, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2017 On measures to radically improve the preschool education system. large-scale work, the adoption of the Decree of the Presidium of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 229 dated October 6, 2017, and on its basis the Ministry of Preschool Education in the Republic of Karakalpakstan was created. In the country, the UNICEF Childrens Education project includes 15 preschool educational institutions from seven cities and districts Nukus, Khojaili, Ellikkala, Beruni, Turtkul, Shumanai and Nukus districts. To date, the number of preschool educational institutions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan is 543, including 375 public, 6 private, 22 public-private partnerships, 136 non-state kindergartens belonging to 2 enterprises. As of April 1 of this year, 150 974 children aged 3 to 7 years lived in the country, of which 1 208 children studied in preschool education, 2352 children in 136 family kindergartens, 259 children in preschool educational institutions, which is 44, 4% of the total number of children in the country. The system of the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan has 79 branches of preschool educational institutions.
