Abstract

The main objective of the proposed system is to introduce automatic ladle control pouring system with job database using PLC-SCADA. Factory manufacturing number of various types of products by the casting process. Now a days this casting process is manual. This manual process has many disadvantages. The aim of the project is to reduce human hazards, minimizing pouring time, minimizing spillage loss in order to achieve higher quality product.
