Abstract

A literary analysis of the world experience of using the roofs of a building in the Faroe Islands, Babylonian Hanging Gardens, the Villa of the Mysteries in Pompeii, etc. has been carried out. Structural solutions of roofs providing the required operational strength characteristics have been studied.
