Abstract

This research critically explores the ethical implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Human Resource Management (HRM), with a particular focus on its applications in recruitment, employee monitoring and performance evaluation. As AI technologies are increasingly integrated into HR practices, they offer substantial operational efficiencies but simultaneously introduce a range of complex ethical challenges. These challenges are particularly evident in the areas of fairness, transparency, privacy and employee well-being.
