Abstract

It was found that when using a combined agent containing a local antibiotic and a corticosteroid " Ledermix " , a pronounced analgesic effect develops, which manifests itself in 2 4 % of cases in the first hours after application of the drug, in 6 4,7% within one day. The use of the paste”Ledermix " justified to preserve the viability of pulps s thanks to strong anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action.
