STRUCTURAL COMPONENT OF LABOR PROTECTION AND SAFETY CULTURE IN SMALL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article provides statistical data on the number of small enterprises and the number of employees working in them in the context of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On the basis of statistical data, the ambiguous state of labor protection in small enterprises, problems and ways of solving them are determined. The first direction, solving the problems of ensuring the safety of employees, is determined - the structuring and a mechanism for providing qualified specialists for all types and levels of small enterprises. The aim of the study is to reveal the problem of safety culture in the small business sector and determine the procedure for responding to the existing problem.
