Abstract
This article describes the causes of stress in students' lives and simple ways to prevent them. The article includes elements of yoga, kinesiotherapy, breathing exercises, static exercises and water procedures in exercises to relieve stress in the lives of students. Recommended methods for managing stress in students' lives are simple and helpful for students.
