Abstract
In the event of an emergency that can occur on the territory of a cotton plant, this can cause mechanical and thermal injuries, poisoning and death of people at facilities where explosive, flammable and other flammable substances and materials are used or stored. The article assesses the level of environmental hazard associated with an accident at the plant, discusses possible scenarios of the accident and its negative consequences.
