Abstract

In recent decades, the Central Asian region has seen a rapid increase in the number of road transport vehicles. A further increase in the volume of passenger and freight road transport is predicted in the countries of Central Asia, and, naturally, in Uzbekistan too.In this regard, there is growing concern about the impact of transport on the environment and human health.The potential threat to human health determines the growing need to develop effective measures aimed at mitigating such impacts and reducing the associated risks.
