Phytochemicals are found in plants in the human diet and may have beneficial (or harmful) effects on health and include flavonoids, glucosinolates, organosulfur compounds, saponins, monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, capsaicinoids, and capsinoids. takes It affects the gastrointestinal system in different ways.
