CONCEPTUAL BASES OF FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE TYPES OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE LABOR MARKET
Abstract
The article examines the main principles and mechanisms of regulating the formation of innovative types of employment, as well as regional features. The degree of regulation of employment as an economic function in the labor market depends mainly on the nature of the socio-economic tasks of the state. The socio-economic responsibilities of the state determine theĀ direction and trends in the regulation of employment in the labor market. It is also necessary to regulate the labor market, regardless of which socio-economic model society chooses.
